As a member of U3A Bentleigh you are entitled to enrol in courses throughout the year. Your membership fee covers the cost of courses. Small extra charges for materials may apply for some courses.
Membership is per calendar year and must be renewed each year.

Give someone a membership Gift Certificate
Show someone how much you appreciate them by giving them a U3A Bentleigh Gift Certificate – the gift that keeps on giving!
We all know the problem of trying to choose a present for family and friends, who seem to all have everything already. Whether it’s a birthday or Christmas gift, we strive to find something useful and not too expensive. Why not a U3A Bentleigh Gift Certificate? Let them enjoy everything we can offer, so they can socialise with like-minded people and become a part of this community.
This is how it works:
- Purchase a Gift Certificate from Reception at the current annual membership fee ($65.00)
- Present the Gift Certificate to the intended recipient (who must not be a current member of U3A Bentleigh)
- The recipient can join online or at U3A Bentleigh and enrol in any courses they choose
- They present the Gift Certificate at Reception when they next attend, and their membership fee is registered as paid, they receive a Name Badge, and go on to enjoy their next 12 months of membership – the first of many happy years!
(Gift Certificates are valid for use within 24 months from date of purchase – buy in advance as a gift for next year)
