Keeping active and healthy at home

We should all aim to be physically active every day. Any activity is better than none, and the more you do the better – even just light activities that improve strength, balance and flexibility.

If you’ve fallen or are worried about falling, doing exercises to improve your strength, balance and flexibility will help make you stronger and feel more confident on your feet. Speak to your GP if you have any concerns about exercising.

The videos presented below are specifically aimed at seniors and are designed to do at home. They are delivered by John Kerley, who has extensive experience running low-impact exercise classes for seniors in the Rowville area.
